The Brownfields Project Team

The project team is headed by APA Research Director Bill Klein, AICP, and staffed by David Morley, research associate; Jim Schwab, AICP, senior research associate; Jim Hecimovich, senior editor; Carolyn Torma, education director; and Sarah Lutz, education associate.

APA is working on this effort in partnership with Bethel New Life, Inc., and the Center for Public Environmental Oversight (CPEO). Members of the team from Bethel include: Steven McCullough, president and CEO; Mary Nelson, senior associate; Mildred Wiley, senior director of community building special initiatives; and Holly Denniston, senior director of real estate development. Lenny Siegel, director, and Robert Hersh, brownfields program director, join the team from CPEO.
